The Hannah Center Services

Pregnancy Testing
The Hannah Center pregnancy tests are highly sensitive, accurate quick result clinic urine tests. These tests measure a hormone in the body called human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) which is a hormone produced by the body during pregnancy. HCG appears in the blood and urine of pregnant women as early as 10 days after conception. These tests cannot determine a viable pregnancy, only the presence of HCG to indicate pregnancy; however, this hormone may be present in a woman’s urine up to 6 to 8 weeks after a miscarriage, abortion, or vaginal/cesarean delivery. The Hannah Center provides these tests free of charge with results provided privately and confidentially.

Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI) Testing
If you think you may have an STI, it’s important to talk with a medical professional and be tested. However, many STIs don’t cause symptoms, so it’s possible to have one and not know it. Facing the possibility of a sexually transmitted disease is scary, but you don’t have to go through it alone. If you’d like to know for sure, call today to schedule your free STI test appointment.

Ultrasounds
When determined appropriate by the The Hannah Center medical staff, a limited obstetrical ultrasound may be offered after confirmation of a positive pregnancy test on-site. The ultrasound will be performed by a trained nurse or sonographer.
The purpose of the limited ultrasound is to:
- Confirm pregnancy is located in the uterus
- Detect fetal heartbeat
- Measure gestational age

Abortion Education
If you think you might be pregnant, you may feel overwhelmed by the choices you’re facing. Hannah Center is here to offer guidance, ensuring your decisions are informed and supported. Before considering abortion, it’s important to confirm your pregnancy, as symptoms or a missed period can have other causes. Even if you've taken a home test, our clinical grade test can provide clarity.
An ultrasound is another crucial step which helps determine if the pregnancy is viable and provides important information about gestational age, which impacts abortion procedures. We prioritize your privacy and provide a safe space for you to explore all your options. You don’t have to navigate this alone—we’re here to help every step of the way.

Abortion Pill Reversal
Have you taken the first dose of the abortion pill (Mifeprex or RU-486)? Do you regret your decision and wish you could reverse the effects of the abortion pill?
We know that an unplanned pregnancy can be scary and many women make decisions to abort when they are terrified and stressed. We know that after some time, many women change their minds about a chemical abortion. IT MAY NOT BE TOO LATE TO SAVE YOUR PREGNANCY.

Post-Abortion Support
Our post-abortive peer counseling is a supportive, non-judgmental form of emotional care provided by trained individuals—often with personal experience of abortion—who listen with empathy and offer understanding, guidance, and resources to those struggling after an abortion. This form of counseling is not professional therapy but complements it by fostering connection through shared experiences and validation of emotions without judgment. The goal is to empower women in a safe, confidential space to process emotions such as grief, guilt, relief or confusion, and to begin moving towards peace and closure.

Adoption
There are many different types of adoptions today, including open, closed, or semi-open adoptions. The Hannah Center can provide you with information to help you better understand the adoption process.
Although The Hannah Center is not an adoption agency, we can help you find a trustworthy agency and will walk alongside you during your adoption planning process so you are not alone.

Re-Entry Program
At Hannah Center, our mission is to communicate Christ’s love by providing life-affirming services to empower, enhance, and support individuals at every stage of life. To further this mission, we have expanded our services to parents who are in the process of re-entering society due to physical incarceration, where their relationships have been disrupted or destroyed. Hannah Center offers faith-based life skills classes at local jails, parenting classes online and at our centers, and directs clients to local programs and groups available in our community to provide a path to complete healing.
